Bill joined Devon Building Control in September 2022.  He previously worked at North Devon Council and before that had 3 years in building surveying.  He has a BSc Hons in Building Control and a BSc Hons in Building Surveying.  When Bill isn't working, he enjoys playing football and breeding pigs.
