Fees and Charges
Fees from April 2024
The charges apply to Full Plans and Building Notice applications and include VAT.
The estimated cost of work is either based on RICS standard building rates or is a reasonable amount charged by a professional person to carry out the building work. This estimate will need to be agreed.
You can make your application online. You will receive an email confirmation confirming fee required. We accept credit and debit cards (except American Express). There are no additional surcharges. We also accept Bank Transfer payments. Unfortunately we are unable to accept cheque or cash payments. For further information or to make a payment phone 01626 215793. Our fees are non-refundable.
Domestic Extensions to a Single Building

| Loft conversions (up to 100 m²) | £995 |

Where more than one domestic extension is being built, the internal floor areas are added together.

Domestic Alterations to a Single Building
