Lucy has worked for Devon Building Control since 2004 after graduating from UWE with BSc (Hons) Building Surveying in 2003.  Following this, Lucy was appointed as an Area Surveyor in 2006 and gained her professional qualification, becoming a Chartered Member of RICS in 2007.  During her time with DBC, Lucy has mainly been based in West Devon and therefore has excellent knowledge of this area. 

Lucy is currently a member of the West Team.

Lucy is a Class 2 Registered Building Inspector (Categories A-F unsupervised for plans and inspections)

Outside of work, Lucy spends time with her family which includes two dogs and a horse.
