Devon Building Control is a not for profit Local Authority Building Control Partnership.
We operate to the highest professional standards to ensure that the building control process provides added value by working closely with designers, developers, contractors and end users.
There is no need for Building Regulations to cause unnecessary delays and costs. Our service can be tailored to your needs, providing solutions with flexibility from design stage through to completion ensuring that meeting the Building Regulations is integral to the project.
Devon Building Control's progressive approach is commercially aware and accessible and we are able to partner with organisations to approve projects outside of our local authority areas with the support of LABC.
