When You Need Us

We provide a modern, flexible inspection service to businesses and householders within the Teignbridge, South Hams and West Devon areas.

Here you can arrange for a surveyor to visit your project to carry out an inspection of various stages.  You will need your application reference including the number and letters ie 18/01234/OTHBN.  Fields are mandatory.  The address will be confirmed.  You will receive an email confirming your visit request. 

Please allow at least 24 hours notice when requesting a visit and ensure requests are made before 1pm for next day visits (excluding Saturday and Sunday).  

Please be aware you need to sign and return a Notice of Completion prior to arranging a final visit.
