Sam joined Devon Building Control in September 2011 as a Trainee Building Control Surveyor.  Since then, he has obtained a number of academic qualifications on a day release basis whilst developing professional experience working in industry; becoming a Chartered Member of the of the CABE.  Sam achieved LABC Trainee of the Year in 2013.  Sam currently works within the East Team.  Sam is also an LABC Level 6 Fire-Safety Specialist.

Sam is a Class 2 Registered Building Inspector (Categories A-F unsupervised for plans and inspections)
